Ultimate Care Churtonleigh is situated in the heart of Churton Park with panoramic views over the surrounding hills. The rest home and hospital facilities have a sunny, sheltered deck area, a small courtyard off the dining room and a choice of communal lounges.

Residents enjoy nutritional meals which are produced onsite by our wonderful kitchen team. Our recreation team comprises of qualified Diversional Therapists who work together to provide a wide range of fun and stimulating activities and outings.

Please Note: Churtonleigh has dedicated respite rooms with a waiting list. Respite care is available; however, some conditions may apply. Premium room charges may apply for some rooms at our facility, with a minimum charge of $15 per day and a maximum charge of $30 per day for a new resident.
